1). Very nice game plan running the small AR 2835's with your combination. 2). You can trim the bar that drops in front of the top portion of your FMIC. This along with some creative tweaking of the front end should allow you to flow plenty of air. Besides, IMHO, the stock front end looks the best and is my choice as well. 3). As for the heat soaking being a big deal with the stock front end, I do not see that being an issue. For those of you who have felt the FMIC on a Supra (with its stock front end) after numberous 700 + rwhp dyno pulls, the thing DOES NOT heat soak. The Supra front end does cover up a fairly large portion of the upper part of their intercooler. The point being that even that upper portion that was air restricted does not heat up.
